TradePulse ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TradePulse mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our App.
Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and a password hash. We do not store plaintext passwords.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including which signals you view, features you use, and session duration. This data is used to improve the App and enforce free-tier quotas.
Device Information: We collect your device type, operating system version, and a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token to send push notifications.
Payment Information: Subscription payments are processed by Stripe or Binance Pay. We do not store your payment card details; they are handled entirely by the payment processor.
TradePulse provides trading signal information for educational and informational purposes only. Signals do not constitute financial advice. We do not execute trades on your behalf unless you explicitly configure auto-trading features. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss.
User data is stored in Google Firebase (Firestore). Signal data is processed on our servers located in the European Union. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Firebase security rules restrict access so that each user can only read their own data.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. Signal history data is retained for up to 12 months for analysis purposes.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. Trading financial instruments is not appropriate for minors.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at the email below.
We use Firebase Cloud Messaging to send signal alerts. You can opt out at any time by disabling notifications for the TradePulse app in your device settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
